Reasonable Force or Police Brutality? A Metropolitan Police Inspector from the TSG (Territorial Support Group)  leans over and places his hand on the head of suspect detained by police in Parliament Square.  His action ensure that the person is unable to left their head of the road surface.  The previous picture in this sequence clearly shows four other police officers ensuring the person will not lift their head off the road surface.  The previous picture from this sequence clearly shows the person is in handcuffs being restrained by four other police officers.  Is a fifth police officer acting in this aggressive way actually necessary to effect the arrest after this person has already been detained, What do you think?
