All images are supplied with a Gloss finish and include P&P and VAT  at the current rate.  Images are dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for next business day delivery. Orders sent outside of Great Britain to The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the rest of the world attract additional postal charges dependent on country of destination.  The copyright of all images remains the sole property of Nigel Howard.   Images can be supplied electronically (Jpeg/Tiff) and will attract additional charges.  Images that are required for Press, PR, Advertising, TV/Film/Broadcast and Internet use are supplied only in electronic format and attract different prices, POA. Terms & Conditions of Business 

(A)    The client agrees to comply with the Terms & Conditions of supply.

(B)     The reproduction, publication of any of the image (s) supplied whether in print and or electronically implies acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of Business.

(C)     No Copying, Duplicating, Syndicating, Selling or handing out of the images to a third party without the express written permission of Nigel Howard.

(D)    Images cannot be stored, archived or placed with an electronic library for the purposes of re-use, reproduction or syndication.

(E)     All pictures published must carry a mandatory by-line/picture credit NIGEL HOWARD

(F)     Upon Application a 1 year license for Editorial use in UK Local, National, in house and trade publications will be granted.  All images remain Copyright of Nigel Howard.

(G)     Permission to use the image (s) is strictly limited to the specific occasion for what the image was purchased and or ordered for and may not be used for any other purpose.  

Payment Unless otherwise Agreed. 

(A)    Payment is due within 28 Days Nett of date of Invoice.

(B)     Please be advised that in all cases of late payment Nigel Howard will exercise rights under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and in this respect interest will be added to the debt until settled in full. Also in accordance with European Directive 2000/35/EC.  Late payments will result in action to recover outstanding monies through the County Court, Bailiffs and Debt Collection Agencies. Any late payments will incur additional costs plus interest at 7.50%

(C)     Any and or all breach of the Terms & Conditions of business will be directly referred to our legal department.
